today is not my day....!!

hi guys....!!
today I was in my job in Uncle giuseppe's. I almost fire about for one costumer . I got so mad because this costumer shout to me. she told me that she didn't want to heavy bags so I put 4 o 5 things in the bag. She got angry because she only want 2 things in the bag. but she have alot things and I had a big line and the other persons were looking at me. my manager came to my registes and he also get mad of me . he told me that I was supposedy a nice person with a costumers because they have reason . =[

    I can't imagine you being rude or angry, so if you were at all, I'm sure it was justified. I'm sorry your manager was angry at you. The expression is, "The customer's always right."
